Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the NExT Core and Platform product portfolio from start to finish.

• Create and implement product roadmaps for the short, medium, and long term that align with the company's strategy.

• Develop and continuously enhance the product's value proposition, positioning, and differentiation.

• Ensure that products achieve their time-to-market, quality, and profitability objectives.

• Convert business requirements into precise product specifications and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Architecture and R&D teams throughout the entire development process.

• Coordinate efforts across Product, Partnerships, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Work together with Product Marketing on messaging and go-to-market strategies.

• Assist key customers and partners in defining use cases and validating the product direction.

• Stay informed about connectivity trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on cellular IoT connectivity platforms and technologies.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives within the product portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in an industrial B2B service environment.

• Background in Connectivity, Cloud, or SaaS solutions, preferably within an industrial B2B service provider.

• Familiarity with cellular and wireless technologies in IoT settings.

• Knowledge of cellular 3GPP core network architectures from 2G to 5G SA.

• Proficiency with office automation tools.

• Ability to create engaging presentations for both internal and external audiences.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong skills in team management, time management, and stress management.

• Capable of managing projects effectively.

• Ability to conduct quick hands-on evaluations of products.

• Skilled in communicating with customers ranging from Engineering to Director levels.

• Excellent collaboration skills.

• Must be willing to travel internationally.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a technology-related field is preferred.

• Experience with agile product design and development methodologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in industrial products or services is advantageous.

• Experience with eSIM and remote SIM provisioning solutions is beneficial.

• Previous exposure to UX/UI design methodologies is a plus.
