Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of growth for a primary product area from acquisition to activation, adoption, and retention.

• Integrate growth strategies into the roadmap from the outset instead of retrofitting them post-launch.

• Collaborate with core product managers and engineers to generate impactful growth ideas and identify scalable product primitives.

• Create discovery-driven acquisition loops and product experiences that enable users to accomplish their tasks in just a few clicks.

• Inspire teams around clear, measurable outcomes and assist them in achieving their objectives more efficiently through collaborative efforts.

• Work alongside engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to incorporate funnel and journey thinking into product development.

• Contribute to establishing a growth-oriented working culture throughout Synthesia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with familiarity in Growth; expertise in a specific growth lever is advantageous but not essential.

• Solid track record of driving AI-native products or methodologies.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, 0→1, and frequently changing environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to build credibility and influence across various functions.

• Technical proficiency to engage effectively with engineering teams.

• AI-native mindset: regular use of AI, a keen interest in understanding the technology stack, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
