This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Enhance Sobi’s visibility and credibility as a trusted partner in Poland.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to achieve mutually agreed outcomes with partner organizations.
• Tailor the global brand marketing strategy to the local market and execute programs, including digital initiatives.
• Assess market dynamics, patient and caregiver experiences, as well as customer and market insights.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Medical, Pricing, Patient Advocacy, HQ, and other internal teams.
• Forge connections with KOLs, relevant organizations, Brand Champions, KAMs, and other important stakeholders.
• Oversee external agencies that assist with brand and disease messaging as well as promotional materials.
• Monitor performance and seek opportunities to address customer needs more effectively.
• Advocate for Poland’s interests within the global marketing team and facilitate successful product launches.
• Modify and implement local Commercial Models for designated brands.
• Prepare and adapt marketing strategies and materials, which include briefs, production, MLR/Promo Mats/Veeva, distribution, and team training.
• Create omnichannel commercial activity plans.
• Lead the local cross-functional team without direct reporting authority.
• Plan and oversee product operational budgets, tracking KPIs and ROI.
• Allocate 20% of work time in the field to support business activities and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Attend local and international congresses and document field activity data in CRM.
• Engage in HQ project groups and support global and local business strategies.
• Provide insights on local market needs and competitor activities.
• Contribute to product planning and report findings to CL and management.
• Participate in regular teleconferences and meetings.
• University degree level education.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management within pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in rare diseases.
• Experience with innovative products is preferred.
• Pre-launch and launch experience in the innovative pharmaceutical sector and/or expertise in analytics, market research, or digital marketing.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• High sense of ownership and adaptability to learn new concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with an analytical approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of national healthcare systems and practices.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written business-level English proficiency.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Experience in data analysis, including sell-in/sell-out metrics and insight generation.
• Experience in calendar management and product operational budget oversight.
• Proven track record in multi-stakeholder project management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Flexibility and capability to navigate changes in a dynamic environment.
• Skills in key-customer relationship management, negotiation, and management.
• Ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
• Valid Category B driving license.
