This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Enhance Sobi’s visibility and reputation as a trusted partner in Poland.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and achieve agreed-upon results with partner organizations.
• Tailor the global brand marketing strategy for local implementation, including digital initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across departments such as Medical, Pricing, Patient Advocacy, HQ, and other internal teams.
• Build connections with KOLs, pertinent organizations, Brand Champions, KAMs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee external agencies that assist with brand and disease messaging as well as promotional materials.
• Monitor performance and pinpoint opportunities to better fulfill customer needs.
• Advocate for Poland's interests within the global marketing team to facilitate a successful product launch.
• Adapt and execute local Commercial Models for designated brands.
• Formulate marketing strategies and manage briefs, production, MLR/Promo Mats/Veeva, distribution, and team training.
• Create omnichannel commercial activity plans.
• Lead the local cross-functional team despite lacking direct reporting lines.
• Manage product OPEX, including budget planning, utilization, KPI/ROI monitoring, and optimization.
• Allocate 20% of work time in the field to support business activities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Attend congresses, and collect, archive, and report field activity data in CRM.
• Engage in HQ project groups and support both global and local business strategies.
• Provide insights on local market needs and competitor actions.
• Contribute to the planning processes for assigned products.
• Report to CL and management in accordance with Sobi’s requirements and standards.
• Participate in regular teleconferences and meetings.
• University degree level education.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management within pharma marketing.
• Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
• Commercial experience with innovative products is advantageous.
• Pre-launch and launch experience in the innovative pharma sector and/or expertise in analytics, market research, or digital marketing.
• Sales experience is considered a plus.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• High level of ownership and adaptability to learn new concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with an analytical mindset.
• Comprehensive understanding of national healthcare systems and practices.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in business-level English.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Experience in data analysis, including sell-in/sell-out and insight generation.
• Experience in managing calendars and product OPEX budgets.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder project management, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Flexibility and capability to navigate change in uncertain environments.
• Proficient in key customer relationship management, management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities.
• Possession of a Category B driving license.
• Proactive, courageous, and optimistic attitude.
