This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct user interviews, facilitate research, and analyze Support feedback to pinpoint pain points and requirements.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to discover new opportunities for value creation.
• Prioritize backlog items (bugs, enhancements, and features) utilizing frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW.
• Draft User Stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive specifications.
• Address queries from Engineering and Design, eliminate obstacles, and validate deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Design/UX team to create wireframes and ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Communicate the roadmap, progress updates, and product vision to leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the go-to-market launch of new features alongside the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Negotiate resource allocation and decline requests that do not align with the product strategy.
• Train the Sales and Support teams, providing insights on new features.
• Own the long-term vision (12 to 24 months) and strategy for the product, ensuring it maximizes value for the company, including profitability and market growth.
• Lead market, competitive, and trend analysis to identify new product lines or high-impact opportunities that have yet to be explored.
• Present, advocate for, and justify the product strategy and investments to management, securing funding and organizational support.
• Guide and mentor Mid-Level and Junior PMs, enhancing the technical and strategic capabilities of the entire Product team.
• Propose and implement enhancements to Product Management processes and frameworks to boost organizational efficiency.
• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous situations by defining direction and mitigating risks.
• Participate in strategic business decisions, such as pricing models, market positioning, and budget allocation, to ensure the highest possible ROI.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Digital Product Management, Product, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
• Proven track record of managing the complete lifecycle of a key feature or product with a defined scope.
• Proficient in utilizing prioritization frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, KPI definition, and experience with analytics tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
• Ability to compose clear and detailed User Stories, requirements, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Capacity to influence teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting user research and usability testing to ensure product-market fit.
• Clear understanding of the company’s business model and the value and revenue generation of the product.
• Solid grasp of the software development process, basic architecture, and technical constraints for effective communication with Engineering.
• Proficiency in project management and roadmapping tools such as Jira.
