Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a product area from start to finish: define success metrics, create and manage the roadmap, and determine priorities for development.

• Transform collections of features into a unified product that customers can easily understand and a compelling narrative that the company can promote.

• Conduct user research by engaging with customers, grasping their workflows and constraints, and converting insights into product decisions.

• Collaborate daily with a senior engineering team by drafting clear specifications, making swift decisions, and safeguarding engineering resources.

• Work alongside the Head of Product on strategic planning, providing evidence and advocating for product direction.

• Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and leadership, serving as the representative for the product area to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience at a reputable company recognized for delivering high-quality products efficiently.

• Proven experience in launching complex, ambiguous features from concept to completion with minimal oversight.

• Experience in developing products aimed at technical users or those involving significant infrastructure.

• Adequate technical knowledge to gain the trust of engineers and respond credibly to customer inquiries.

• Strong skills in customer research and product-related decision making.

• Comfortable interacting with high-level stakeholders, including chief engineers, program executives, sales teams, and leadership.

• Preferred: experience in managing CLI-based tools, SDKs, or other products aimed at developers.

• Preferred: experience in overseeing desktop or client applications.

• Preferred: extensive technical expertise in cloud or security infrastructure, particularly B2B tools for engineers.

• Preferred: experience in aerospace, defense, digital engineering, or other regulated industries.

• Must be a US citizen residing within the United States.
