Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance products across various brands and geographical regions.

• Examine user interactions, product funnels, and essential business metrics.

• Discover product opportunities and hindrances through data analysis, user research, and competitor assessment.

• Create, validate, and prioritize product concepts that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.

• Take ownership of projects from problem identification and requirements gathering to release and post-launch evaluation.

• Develop clear product specifications, requirements, and user stories.

• Manage product releases, identify obstacles, and ensure progress on tasks.

• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Design, Content, and Technical teams.

• Engage in product roadmap planning and prioritization, offering data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, with direct involvement in B2C products within the iGaming sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook products, user journeys, and crucial metrics.

• A data-driven mindset with experience in assessing product decisions through metrics, A/B testing, or alternative evaluation methods.

• Strong sense of ownership and the capability to independently advance initiatives and eliminate obstacles.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

• Solid technical knowledge of platform capabilities, integrations, dependencies, and product limitations.

• Proficient in balancing user value, technical feasibility, and implementation efforts when designing product solutions.

• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communications.

• Proficient in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Familiarity with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus.

• Experience with launching new markets or products is a plus.
