Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, both onsite and virtually, to outline product roadmaps, define MVP boundaries, and establish success metrics.

• Convert client visions into Product Requirement Documents, prioritized feature backlogs, and comprehensive user stories.

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the analysis, design, and execution phases.

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, architects, and designers utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Foster a shared understanding across teams to eliminate engineering obstacles, reduce delivery friction, and encourage autonomous decision-making.

• Oversee project governance within Azure DevOps by maintaining organized backlogs, ensuring accurate tracking, and achieving high delivery velocity.

• Leverage generative AI tools and rapid-prototyping platforms like v0 to create wireframes and validate user experiences.

• Investigate and implement innovative AI workflows to enhance client communication, streamline requirements gathering, and expedite design iterations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients through proactive communication, delivery updates, and value creation.

• Assist clients in navigating technical tradeoffs, managing scope, and mitigating risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience in a client-facing consultancy or agency environment.

• Strong knowledge of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools like v0.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms and HIPAA compliance standards is desirable.

• Experience with AWS is a plus.

• Experience with healthcare platforms and HIPAA security standards is preferred.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project management tools is advantageous.

• Proficiency in GitHub is preferred.

• Must meet U.S. work authorization requirements for direct W-2 employment through E-Verify.
