Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, both onsite and virtual, to establish product roadmaps, define MVP boundaries, and set success metrics.

• Convert client visions into Product Requirement Documents, prioritized feature backlogs, and comprehensive user stories.

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients while managing stakeholder expectations throughout analysis, design, and execution phases.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, architects, and designers by applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Foster a collaborative environment among teams to remove engineering obstacles, reduce delivery friction, and encourage independent decision-making.

• Oversee project governance in Azure DevOps, ensuring organized backlogs, precise tracking, and high delivery speed.

• Utilize generative AI tools and rapid prototyping platforms like v0 to create wireframes and validate user experiences.

• Investigate and adopt innovative AI workflows to enhance client communication, streamline requirements gathering, and refine design iterations.

• Act as the primary client liaison through proactive updates, effective communication, and value delivery.

• Assist clients in navigating technical trade-offs, managing scope, and mitigating risks.

• Take ownership of the product delivery process from discovery through to launch.

• Report directly to the Product Management Practice Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience in a client-focused consultancy or agency setting.

• Strong grasp of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-enhanced design/prototyping tools (e.g., v0).

• Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms and compliance with HIPAA standards is highly advantageous.

• Experience with AWS is preferred.

• Background in Healthcare platforms and HIPAA security standards is preferred.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with GitHub is preferred.

• Remote position based in the US; candidates from the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.
