This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
β’ Design and oversee the lifecycle of strategic product initiatives from inception to launch, iteration, and growth.
β’ Take ownership of and advance product strategy and roadmaps in key domains.
β’ Convert business goals into actionable initiatives that yield measurable results.
β’ Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
β’ Anticipate trends and evaluate the impact of product initiatives using advanced analytical methods.
β’ Champion product priorities in discussions at both operational and executive levels.
β’ Manage one or more product domains.
β’ Make informed product decisions based on user insights, data, business priorities, and technical limitations.
β’ Break down complex problem areas into structured hypotheses and solutions.
β’ Create sketches, frames, and prototypes to explore and validate potential solutions.
β’ Resolve cross-functional obstacles.
β’ Lead user research and cultivate relationships with customers and industry partners.
β’ Conduct competitive analyses.
β’ Guide design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Drive the Discovery, Solve, Build, and Monitoring phases.
β’ Collaborate with design and engineering teams during planning, implementation, and quality assurance.
β’ Monitor qualitative and quantitative metrics and refine product strategies accordingly.
β’ Communicate product decisions, strategies, and progress to stakeholders effectively.
β’ Utilize diagrams, frameworks, and process flows to clarify complex concepts.
β’ Mentor and assist in the development of product managers.
β’ Engage in hiring, onboarding, and the growth of the product team.
β’ Enhance internal product processes and tools.
β’ Advocate for ownership, quality thinking, and operational excellence.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in software Product Management or in a similar regulated environment.
β’ Demonstrated history of delivering high-impact products.
β’ Excellent analytical abilities.
β’ Proficiency in product management software.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to present complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
β’ Experience with agile development methodologies.
β’ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
β’ Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.
β’ Proven experience in mentoring and developing other team members.
β’ Background in developing software within a regulated environment.
β’ Experience in the biopharma industry is a plus.
