Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Integrate user experience, healthcare operations knowledge, and technological skills to design and deliver groundbreaking products and business intelligence solutions.

• Create analytics that drive value, facilitating data-informed decisions throughout the cost and quality spectrum.

• Oversee analytics portfolios that encompass ambulatory quality, risk-based contract analytics, total cost of care, population health, as well as service line and specialty analytics.

• Implement product development best practices within an agile methodology.

• Assist in data gathering, client-centric reporting, and the utilization of both standard and cutting-edge analytic tools and technologies.

• Collaborate with various business units both within and outside the Providence Analytics Center of Excellence.

• Act as the main liaison and relationship manager for business partners and stakeholders.

• Guarantee stakeholder engagement and communication, resolve issues, and align product business strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management-level experience in project, program, product, and/or personnel management, focusing on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or a similar area.

• At least 5 years of experience with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience is preferred.

• 5 years of experience dealing with healthcare data and healthcare operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with industry frameworks relevant to the applicable domain is preferred.
