Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the product area's roadmap.

• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and convert them into business opportunities.

• Collaborate across functions to brainstorm ideas, identify the problem landscape, and develop solutions.

• Test hypotheses through prototyping, validation, and data analysis.

• Deeply investigate the technical aspects of the product and its APIs.

• Inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional products and user experiences.

• Independently identify and pursue opportunities related to product, organization, and processes.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and the broader organization to enhance field enablement and encourage customer adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of product experience in a tech company or a rapidly growing startup.

• Proficiency in at least one commonly used design tool (OneSignal utilizes Figma).

• Strong quantitative and technical foundation; familiarity with programming.

• Capability to navigate the complex technical specifications of the OneSignal platform.

• Excellent data analytics abilities.

• Skill in formulating and structuring complex analyses to address essential product inquiries.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality products at scale.

• Resourcefulness and the ability to operate independently, with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm for new challenges.

• Strong business acumen and the capacity to prioritize opportunities for company growth.

• Ability to collaborate with business teams to assess feature value.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in B2B SaaS supporting Freemium to Enterprise-level customers is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cross-channel customer messaging/customer engagement platforms or marketing automation is a plus.
