Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the roadmap for the designated product area

• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and convert these into business opportunities

• Collaborate across various functions to brainstorm ideas, identify problem areas, and develop solutions

• Test hypotheses through prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis

• Delve into the technical aspects of the product and its APIs

• Inspire a team to deliver exceptional products and user experiences

• Independently identify and pursue opportunities for product, organizational, and process improvements

• Partner with Product Marketing and the wider organization to enhance field enablement and drive customer adoption

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product experience in a tech company or a rapidly growing startup

• Proficient design skills and experience with at least one popular design tool, such as Figma

• Strong technical background and familiarity with programming

• Solid quantitative and technical expertise

• Capability to navigate the complex technical requirements of the OneSignal platform

• Robust data analytics skills

• Ability to devise and structure complex analyses to address critical product inquiries

• Proven history of delivering high-quality products at scale

• Resourceful and capable of working independently, with enthusiasm to tackle new challenges

• Business acumen and ability to prioritize opportunities that build the company and assess feature value

• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with B2B SaaS that caters to both Freemium and Enterprise clients is advantageous

• Familiarity with cross-channel customer messaging, customer engagement platforms, or marketing automation is a plus
