Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and its execution, deciding what features to develop, their sequence, and whether they are released.

• Engage with customers, brokers, and underwriters to identify their needs and prioritize issues effectively.

• Set the strategic direction for Engineering, Data Science, Actuaries, and GTM throughout the data-to-underwriting-price workflow.

• Develop the long-term product vision, starting with pricing and extending throughout the entire product suite.

• Construct essential platforms and data infrastructures covering pricing, risk, and AI systems throughout the insurance policy lifecycle.

• Enhance platforms to be more efficient, faster, and defensible while building a cumulative data advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.

• Ideally, experience in launching 0–1 products.

• Strong quantitative abilities and comfort in handling data and numbers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in presenting to customers and internal underwriting teams.

• Established credibility with technical partners and a solid understanding of data science and engineering processes.

• Capable of making informed technical decisions.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver products/features within tight deadlines.

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to engage hands-on.

• End-to-end ownership attitude.

• Ability to thrive in high-growth and dynamic startup settings.

• An undergraduate degree in a technical field is preferred.

• Experience in developing products where pricing or risk models directly influence revenue is preferred.

• Background in insurance, lending, or marketplaces is preferred.

• Experience in B2B or fintech is preferred.
