Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of one or more product features and oversee project execution.

• Manage product development strategies and represent features within cross-functional teams.

• Suggest innovative feature ideas that address customer pain points or requirements.

• Collect, assess, and comprehend customer use cases.

• Design and implement cutting-edge, AI-driven product features and functionalities.

• Prioritize and communicate customer issues and defects based on applicable data.

• Conduct demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.

• Guide and mentor team members while participating in peer development and recruitment efforts.

• Identify and utilize metrics and data to monitor customer needs and project budgets.

• Formulate go-to-market launch strategies in collaboration with external, customer-facing teams.

• Manage the entire lifecycle components from planning to release.

• Create a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business strategy and effectively communicate it to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or demonstrated technical expertise and experience.

• Natural problem solver with the ability to facilitate collaboration for issue resolution.

• Proficient in interacting professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers.

• Experience in mentoring or training others while serving as a subject matter expert.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of product development, including business cases, content, and product plans.

• Extensive product management experience from collaborative conceptualization to post-release oversight.
