This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with customers and internal subject matter experts to grasp customer requirements.
• Guide customers through the migration from legacy systems to the advanced self-service records management experience.
• Promote product adoption and ensure measurable value realization for the transition from physical to digital records management.
• Convert customer insights into actionable product roadmaps that encompass records management, physical-to-digital transformation, and analytics/insights.
• Establish and convey the strategic roadmap for physical and digital records management within the Insight DXP platform.
• Identify market opportunities, comprehend the market landscape, and foster innovation through AI-driven intelligence and automation.
• Create detailed requirements and feature definitions, prioritize them, and eliminate obstacles in product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant product capabilities.
• Work alongside product management teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Share product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses with customers, partners, leadership, and key stakeholders.
• 5-8 years of experience as a product manager for a SaaS solution with global/international exposure.
• Proven experience in facilitating large-scale customer migrations.
• Experience in developing AI and content-oriented applications is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with a Content Management, ECM, or Records Management solution is advantageous.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and relevant tools (e.g., Jira).
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance individual and team PM effectiveness, including rapid insight generation, quick prototyping, and automated backlog management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization effectively.
• Capability to rapidly develop domain and customer knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Marketing preferred; MBA is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
