Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Explore opportunities and assess user behavior

• Develop prototypes utilizing AI and contribute code

• Take ownership of work from problem identification and approach selection to construction, pull requests, launch, measurement, and iteration

• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and troubleshooting

• Recognize high-value opportunities and create small, impactful experiments

• Establish success metrics prior to development and evaluate experiment results

• Refine, enhance, or discontinue deployed work based on outcomes

• Collaborate closely with the Co-founder and CTO, designers, and engineers on the web product

• Identify obstacles early, question assumptions, and seek alternative solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Personally developed and launched a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool utilizing AI coding tools

• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools integrated into daily tasks

• Proficient in utilizing metrics for product decision-making

• Experienced with A/B testing, product experiments, in-depth data analysis, or lightweight user research

• Engages in independent experimentation with new AI tools and methodologies

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking responsibility from investigation through to results

• Capable of collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders

• Fully proficient in English

• Strong focus on user experience and product quality

• At ease with developing products based on uncensored models and content
