• Assume responsibility for product initiatives, translating established strategies and priorities into precise, actionable tasks, and execute them effectively.
• Leverage customer insights, data, and commercial context to manage trade-offs, sustain delivery momentum, and discover more efficient methods of operation through AI, automation, and agents.
• Execute with discernment and independence within a defined product direction.
• Rapidly grasp complex product domains and transform product direction into outcomes that benefit customers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Navigate complex initiatives from the discovery phase through definition, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Bring clarity to uncertain situations, make sound decisions, identify potential issues early, and maintain work progress with minimal oversight.
• You have experience as a senior Product Manager in a SaaS, technology, or digital product organization.
• Adequate experience to engage with complex tasks without needing extensive mapping.
• Capability to advance an initiative from an ambiguous starting point to a completed, measured, and enhanced product.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and designers.
• Proficient in making trade-offs when a perfect solution isn't available, and aware of when to make decisions independently versus when to involve others.
• Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and commercial insight.
• Proficient in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• AI literate and already integrating AI into your thought processes and workflows.
• Experience with GenAI products, AI-enabled experiences, or agents is a plus.
