Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product design and requirements for intricate, cross-functional projects.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Success teams to ensure alignment on scope, dependencies, and delivery strategy.

• Develop and sustain reporting and dashboards for product adoption, usage metrics, and customer health indicators.

• Act as a subject matter expert for customer escalations.

• Work with Support, Services, and Engineering to identify issues and facilitate resolutions.

• Convert customer feedback and usage analytics into product requirements and prioritization suggestions.

• Carry out competitive market assessments and evaluate the product's standing both domestically and internationally.

• Assist in scaling internal and external enablement through webinars, documentation, and training initiatives.

• Represent the product in customer interactions, including advisory boards, escalation discussions, and adoption reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or the payments sector.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from ambiguous requirements to successful delivery.

• Experience in coordinating efforts among Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Practical experience in building or utilizing dashboards/reporting tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.

• Demonstrated history of resolving complex customer challenges and turning escalations into product or process enhancements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to influence and gain alignment from stakeholders at various levels.

• A collaborative approach and sound decision-making abilities.

• Ability to function with incomplete information and adjust as priorities evolve.

• Experience in Expense Management, Corporate Cards, or relevant Finance/Procurement fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

• Experience engaging with customer advisory boards or executive audiences is advantageous.

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft is preferred.

• A BA/BS in a technical field is preferred; an MBA is a plus, or equivalent professional experience.
