Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of a growth opportunity, from initial customer discussions to the revenue generated.

• Engage with customers, assess data, pinpoint issues, and decide on development needs.

• Discover manual tasks in the construction industry that can be automated with AI and transform them into customer solutions.

• Create prototypes and conduct experiments with actual customers prior to Engineering's commitment.

• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver products.

• Launch products alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, covering aspects like positioning, pricing, and training.

• Evaluate revenue and the outcomes of launches.

• Manage daily product activities in the designated area.

• Work closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Aim to deliver the first opportunity to customers within one year and advance to a second opportunity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS.

• Proven track record of transforming new revenue ideas into products that customers are willing to pay for.

• Experience in launching AI features that are actively utilized by customers.

• Regular use of AI tools in your own work processes.

• Proficiency in working with data and experiments, with the capability to pivot based on insights.

• Ability to convey complex concepts in a straightforward manner to site managers and executives.

• Proficient in German at a C2 level.

• Fluent in English.

• Background in two-sided marketplaces, construction, or any sector experiencing digital transformation.
