Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Payouts execution process, encompassing ACH, same-day payment, and new payment methods.

• Execute tasks diligently on clearly defined problems while demonstrating sound judgment.

• Anticipate edge cases prior to release and uphold a high standard of quality.

• Determine when to operate autonomously and when to escalate issues to management.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure reliable delivery.

• Interact directly with partners to comprehend payout workflows and convert insights into product decisions.

• Experience in product management within technology firms.

• Proven history of thorough, low-iteration execution on well-defined tasks.

• Strong judgment regarding when to escalate issues versus resolving them independently.

• Comfort in partnering with engineering, operations, and external collaborators to complete projects.

• Openness to participate in the annual 3-day company offsite in the spring.

• Experience in payments is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to perform all responsibilities remotely without distractions while ensuring quality, effective communication, and productivity.
