Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the co-founder and CEO to establish, refine, and take charge of the product direction.

• Create intuitive product workflows that minimize cognitive load and reduce user errors.

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure a seamless and intentional user experience.

• Emphasize simplicity and clarity in language, layout, and product decision-making.

• Analyze user behavior to pinpoint friction points before they escalate into issues.

• Convert high-level objectives into clearly defined and well-scoped product specifications and workflows.

• Champion exceptional user experience and customer empathy throughout the development process.

• Manage the product roadmap and ensure steady progress on core product quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Usually, 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven history of delivering clean, simple, and high-clarity user experiences.

• Strong intuition regarding user experience and user behavior.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to both give and receive constructive feedback.

• Ability to work autonomously with significant ownership and initiative.

• Experience in early-stage teams or dynamic startup environments.
