Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product direction and priorities for rePete.

• Maintain strong connections with customers through direct conversations and insights gathered from Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and other teams.

• Transform customer insights, data, market opportunities, and business context into product direction.

• Make informed trade-offs that balance customer requirements, business impact, effort, and technical realities.

• Convert ideas and customer challenges into solutions using prototypes, designs, and experiments.

• Foster alignment among founders, executives, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

• Identify obstacles, create urgency, and ensure the execution of decisions.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to explore, prototype, learn, and iterate at a faster pace.

• Commercial instincts and an understanding of how products impact adoption, retention, revenue, and growth.

• A builder mentality with a readiness to engage hands-on.

• Excellent prioritization skills.

• Ability to influence and align technical teams, business leaders, founders, and executives without formal authority.

• Comfort with making decisions based on imperfect information and the ability to adapt swiftly.

• Enjoyment of a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative startup environment.

• Strong instincts in product design along with hands-on experience with Figma.

• Capability to develop product ideas from concept to thoughtful, intuitive designs and iterate rapidly.

• Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work.

• Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, product-led growth, or another fast-paced technology environment is a plus.
