Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product strategy and priorities for rePete.

• Maintain a strong connection with customers through direct discussions and insights gathered from Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and other teams.

• Transform customer insights, data, market opportunities, and business context into informed product decisions.

• Balance customer needs, business impact, effort, and technical realities when making trade-offs.

• Develop solutions from ideas and customer challenges using prototypes, designs, and experiments.

• Foster alignment among founders, executives, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

• Identify obstacles, instill urgency, and ensure effective execution of decisions.

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to brainstorm ideas, prototype solutions, accelerate learning, and iterate quickly.

• Deep curiosity about customers and a desire to comprehend their underlying problems.

• Commercial awareness and understanding of how products influence adoption, retention, revenue, and growth.

• A builder mentality with a readiness to engage in hands-on work.

• Excellent prioritization skills.

• Ability to influence and achieve alignment among technical teams, business leaders, founders, and executives without formal authority.

• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, moving swiftly, learning, and adapting.

• Enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative startup atmosphere.

• Strong instincts in product design and hands-on experience with Figma.

• Capability to progress product ideas from conception to thoughtful, intuitive designs and iterate efficiently.

• Proficiency in using AI tools in daily tasks.

• Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, product-led growth, or another fast-paced technology environment is a plus.
