Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product direction and priorities for rePete.

• Maintain a strong connection with customers through direct discussions and insights gathered from Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and other teams.

• Transform customer insights, data, market possibilities, and business context into informed product decisions.

• Make informed trade-offs by balancing customer needs, business impact, effort, and technical realities.

• Convert ideas and customer challenges into solutions utilizing prototypes, designs, and experiments.

• Foster alignment among founders, executives, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

• Recognize obstacles, instill urgency, and ensure follow-through on execution.

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to explore, prototype, learn, and iterate more efficiently.

• Demonstrate strong skills in prioritization.

• Ability to influence and foster alignment among technical teams, business leaders, founders, and executives without formal authority.

• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adapting swiftly.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative startup environment.

• Possess strong product design instincts and hands-on experience with Figma.

• Capable of transforming product ideas from concept to intuitive designs and iterating rapidly.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, product-led growth, or another fast-paced technology environment is advantageous.
