Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the discovery, planning, and end-to-end delivery of crypto-native features.

• Engage directly with individuals who utilize crypto daily to gain insights into wallet configurations, workarounds, and challenges.

• Determine which chains, wallets, and protocols to incorporate based on usage analytics.

• Create detailed specifications that include clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee the management of the product backlog.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Facilitate coordination between compliance, marketing, support, and operations teams.

• Act as a representative for Bitrefill within crypto communities and at industry events.

• Transform fragmented knowledge regarding crypto-native users into a coherent product strategy.

• Develop products catering to users transitioning from crypto speculation to real-world spending.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.

• Ideally, a background in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.

• Proven history of launching products that achieve real user adoption.

• Experience in leading initiatives across distributed teams and various time zones.

• Skill in breaking down large challenges into manageable, shippable components.

• Capability to align engineering, design, and business objectives effectively.

• Strong writing skills for specifications, decision documentation, and asynchronous updates.

• Fluency and experience within the crypto space.

• Practical knowledge of DeFi, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.

• Understanding of wallet user experience on both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Experience leveraging AI to draft specifications, create rapid prototypes, and enhance written communication.

• A self-motivated approach to work.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing clarity.

• Significant overlap with European and Latin American time zones.
