This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a platform product management framework that encompasses OKR alignment, evolving roadmaps, backlog creation and grooming, sprint planning and execution, release planning, and outcome-oriented reporting.
• Oversee the creation, publication, and upkeep of product roadmaps, which include customer experience milestones, platform-level epics, team swim-lanes, as well as the identification and resolution of dependencies and risks.
• Define and manage the OKR process at both platform and team levels, establishing cycles, collection standards, review cadences, and cross-team roll-ups.
• Conduct product management ceremonies such as Scrum-of-Scrums, Sprint Demos, Quarterly Reviews, Roadmap Reviews, and Product Planning sessions.
• Set up and enforce product documentation standards for vision, strategy, business cases, product briefs, release notes, and adoption guides.
• Create product definitions and customer education materials, including positioning materials tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain an understanding of existing and potential customers through persona development, use-case identification, business opportunity exploration, and ongoing collection and triage of customer feedback.
• Implement customer feedback collection processes throughout intake, onboarding, and platform use to continuously guide the product roadmap.
• Assess and report on product operations health and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with FinOps activities by aligning cloud expenditures with budgets and contributing to prioritization efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management.
• Minimum of 4 years leading product management for enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience managing OKR programs and Agile product ceremonies at scale across various teams or a complete platform.
• Skilled in building and maintaining product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans for technical platforms.
• Capability to obtain and retain a favorable Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) background investigation.
• U.S. Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or a comparable product certification.
• Experience with federal health data, VA Data & Analytics (D&A), or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) environments.
• Knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost management.
• Background specifically in data platforms, data governance, or analytics products.
• Availability to participate in real-time virtual meetings during core East Coast business hours and, when necessary, during extended production-support hours.
• Must fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information and be capable of obtaining a government-granted security clearance.
• Remote position.
• Occasional travel within the Continental United States as necessary for program meetings.
