Senior Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the product vision and roadmap for AI experiences, including Agentic AI, to foster application growth.

• Propel swift iterations informed by customer feedback and product analytics.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide scalable, high-impact AI functionalities.

• Elevate the AI product experience and Agentic AI workflows by broadening accessible datasets and improving response quality and user processes.

• Lead product discovery initiatives through customer interviews, beta testing programs, and analytics using SQL, Amplitude, and BI tools.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders to align product strategy with organizational objectives.

• Keep abreast of AI/LLM trends and convert them into product opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable success in launching and scaling B2B or core tool-based products with quantifiable business impact.

• Experience with AI-powered or ML-driven products and a solid understanding of non-deterministic systems.

• Strong analytical competencies and a high level of comfort working with product data and analytics tools.

• Ability to thoroughly understand customer workflows and develop products that integrate seamlessly into them.

• Technical fluency and ease of collaboration with engineers on architecture, logic, and data flows.

• Capacity to navigate effectively in ambiguous and early-stage product settings.

• Strong product intuition paired with a structured, metrics-driven approach.

• Active engagement with AI trends and emerging technologies.

• Proficient in English (C1+).
