
Senior Product Manager – Accounts and Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and vision for a specific core product domain and lead the team's multi-year planning.
• Manage strategic trade-offs involving growth, trust, speed, compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to design systems that can scale across new states, payment methods, and player volumes.
• Create products and internal tools that minimize manual tasks, streamline fraud assessments, automate compliance checks, and reduce payout delays.
• Foster relationships with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Data teams.
• Ensure that the pod’s work contributes to shared business objectives.
• Communicate the vision and progress to leadership effectively.
• Advocate for necessary resources and prioritize the roadmap.
• Assist the broader PAM domain in functioning cohesively.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year leading a small PM team or managing a critical squad.
• In-depth expertise in at least one of the following areas: payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or compliance/player protection.
• Demonstrated ability to launch complex, cross-functional products that positively impact significant business metrics.
• Strong leadership skills—mentoring PMs, fostering team culture, and establishing accountability.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to make informed trade-offs among competing priorities.
• Experience in regulated sectors, such as fintech, gaming, payments, or healthcare.
• Proficient in web and mobile product experiences, including Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship for employment is not available.
• Preference for Atlanta-based candidates, but qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. will be considered.
• Exceptional qualifications include experience in scaling payments, fraud, or compliance at a fintech or gaming platform; reducing fraud losses; enhancing monetization; simplifying compliance; knowledge of state-by-state gaming, money movement, or consumer finance regulations; internal tooling or back-office UX experience; developing junior PMs; expertise in payment systems, fraud detection, or compliance automation; and a passion for sports, fantasy sports, or gaming.
