Senior Product Engineer – DevTools, AI Reliability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy full-stack features utilizing AI coding agents.

• Investigate solutions, create scaffolding, refactor code, generate tests, and perform debugging.

• Communicate directly with developers, DevOps, and SRE teams to grasp workflows and identify challenges.

• Leverage customer discussions to validate concepts and refine products.

• Tackle issues related to flaky tests, inconsistent checks, ambiguous failures, and excessive alerts.

• Cultivate ideas through their implementation, rollout, and ongoing production monitoring.

• Engage in on-call responsibilities and provide customer support when issues occur.

• Proven experience in delivering features with AI using a similar technology stack.

• Background in building and managing production software.

• Capability to analyze customer challenges and devise product solutions.

• Independent and self-driven in a remote work environment.

• Availability to work within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.

• Eligibility to travel to other European nations without delays for visa appointments.

• Commitment to extensively utilize AI in everyday tasks.

• Proficiency in working asynchronously through documentation and discussion threads.
