Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the development of new AI products from concept to production.

• Engage with users to translate ambiguous requirements into well-defined workflows and designs.

• Create tools for testing, evaluating, and monitoring agents.

• Analyze data and assessments to determine future development priorities.

• Produce demos and documentation that encourage product adoption.

• Collaborate across software engineering, applied machine learning, customer engagement, and product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing user-facing software with complete ownership.

• Practical experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or agents.

• Proficient full-stack development skills.

• Strong product intuition and effective communication skills.

• Preferred locations include the Bay Area and New York.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. currently.

• Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future.

• Preferred: Experience in designing evaluation frameworks.

• Preferred: Background as a startup or founding engineer.
