Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain software solutions utilizing AWS, MongoDB, React, Symfony, and Node.js.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, encompassing technical design, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

• Transform rapid AI prototypes generated in Claude, Codex, and Figma Make into secure, production-level systems.

• Create repeatable governance patterns and engineering handoffs to ensure that prototype velocity is converted into launch speed.

• Utilize AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to enhance delivery throughput and improve code quality.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and central Engineering teams to establish high standards for architecture, testing, and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software development, delivering production-quality applications.

• Strong knowledge in system design, data modeling, API architecture, and troubleshooting distributed systems.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, and contemporary databases.

• Regular use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot, with the ability to evaluate and enhance their output.

• A proven history of establishing standards, navigating early-stage uncertainty, and effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in taking initial product concepts from inception to launch with paying customers.

• Direct experience transforming prototype builds into production systems without the need for complete rewrites.

• Practical experience in developing AI-enabled product features, including LLM integrations, embeddings, and prompt/agent design.

• Familiarity with Symfony or modern PHP frameworks in conjunction with a contemporary JavaScript ecosystem.

• Previous experience as the foundational or initial engineer embedded within a product team.
