📋 Description

• Take ownership of product design across trading platforms, addressing everything from flow-level decisions to micro-interactions during live trades.

• Create prototypes directly in the real codebase utilizing AI tools.

• Engage with the design system as it evolves and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Actively participate in product decision-making processes.

• Collaborate intimately with engineers and product managers.

• Design essential trading interfaces including research, order entry, position management, and portfolio management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in launching retail trading products with real users, including equities, options, futures, and crypto, or a meaningful combination of these.

• In-depth understanding of trading mechanics, enabling strong insights into current product shortcomings.

• Demonstrates exceptional craft and aesthetic judgment.

• Experience in mobile design is essential; this role is not focused solely on desktop products.

• Ability to prototype in the actual codebase utilizing AI tools; while production coding is not a requirement, proficiency in Figma alone is insufficient.

• High level of autonomy in work practices.

• Possesses a no-ego attitude.
