Senior Product Designer, Sportsbook

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead hands-on designer for the sports betting platform.

• Convert unique protocol work and innovative concepts into user-friendly and engaging experiences.

• Establish and drive the overarching product design vision and strategy for the sports suite.

• Oversee the design of significant features, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps, prioritization, and ensuring user experience quality.

• Guide team members through direct feedback, design critiques, and sharing best practices in craft.

• Develop and enhance design processes, including reviews and user research.

• Utilize AI-native tools like Cursor and Claude Code to create, test, and deliver high-fidelity functional prototypes.

• Influence the design function while staying closely connected to hands-on product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design at a senior level (e.g., Senior, Lead, or Principal), with a background in mentoring other designers.

• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency is necessary, including foundational knowledge of how wallets or transactions operate.

• A strong enthusiasm for sports; a passion for sports betting or the mechanics of sports markets is highly desirable.

• An impressive portfolio that highlights exceptional, recent hands-on design work and the capability to lead complex projects.

• A builder mindset, with a proven history of working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects that distill highly complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other contemporary design and prototyping tools.

• Documented experience or high comfort in utilizing AI coding tools and LLM workflows to rapidly prototype interactive interfaces.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
