Senior Product Designer – Remote in Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of cutting-edge calling software.

• Enhance design expertise and play a role in AI-driven product design.

• Develop, sustain, and scale Design System processes and practices.

• Generate ideas and convey design concepts to engineers, product managers, and leadership through visual aids and detailed descriptions.

• Convert concepts into solutions and create seamless user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with product managers to grasp customer needs.

• Engage in research, experimentation, and prototyping to discover optimal solutions.

• Complete the hiring process, which includes a 30-minute TA call, a 60-minute CPTO interview, a 90-minute Product Challenge Interview, and Culture Bar Raiser/Meet the Team calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in product design and problem-solving skills.

• Over 4 years of experience in a product design position.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Proven history of creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive design systems across various platforms.

• Previous experience in aligning design efforts with broader company initiatives and promoting collaboration across teams and functions.

• Flexibility and comfort in adapting to changing project timelines.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.

• Portfolio must be included with application.

• Experience in AI-driven product development is advantageous.
