
Senior Product Designer II, Revenue Experimentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Design and conduct a large number of experiments across revenue and monetization areas, such as trial conversion, trial-to-paid conversion, pricing strategies, SKU routing, and churn/win-back efforts.
• Transform vaguely defined experiment briefs into clearly defined, testable hypotheses through research and data analysis.
• Lead the design of experiments based on personal ideas while also critically collaborating on concepts that come from other sources.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to establish success metrics, analyze experiment outcomes, and derive insights for subsequent hypotheses.
• Present experiment ideas, ongoing insights, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and company leadership.
• Manage multiple experiments simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Work collaboratively across design, product, engineering, content, and data science teams.
• Involve engineers early in the process, participate in bug testing, and ensure experiments are thoroughly tested prior to launch.
• Utilize AI as a partner for creativity and productivity in research, analysis, drafting, prototyping, analytics, and experimentation.
• Share successful AI workflows and suggestions with team members.
• A minimum of 6 years of product design experience, preferably with a background in growth, experimentation, or subscription/monetization design.
• Proven experience in launching and iterating on A/B or multivariate experiments in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
• Skill in converting loosely defined briefs into well-structured, testable hypotheses using research or data analysis.
• A proactive, idea-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong collaborative abilities.
• Experience in partnering with engineers, content creators, and data scientists throughout the entire experiment lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational skills, including well-maintained Figma files and traceable design rationales.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Comfort with utilizing AI tools to enhance design and production processes.
• Strong visual design skills, including practical animation abilities.
• A portfolio that demonstrates experimentation work, problem framing, hypotheses, iteration, and measurable results.
