This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead impactful Growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences from the initial problem identification to launch.
• Redefine customer journey moments that include discovery, understanding value, conversion, reactivation, and habit formation.
• Integrate product thinking, branding, content, interaction design, and business mechanics into cohesive experiences.
• Investigate and prototype content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging.
• Create intricate multi-step journeys that span various surfaces and teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Design, Research, Brand, and Data Science teams.
• Utilize customer insights, experimentation, and business metrics to assess tradeoffs and iterate for measurable impact.
• Establish scalable patterns and interaction models throughout the Growth experience.
• Leverage prototypes, AI-driven tools, and innovative workflows to expedite exploration and product development.
• Enhance the quality of work through visual and interaction design, storytelling, and clear justification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing consumer-facing digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing outstanding visual, interaction, and product craftsmanship, including significant 0→1 projects.
• Proficient in interaction design, including motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to transform ambiguous opportunities into engaging product experiences.
• Capable of designing complex journeys while harmonizing customer needs, business objectives, technical limitations, and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Capacity to work independently from early concepts through to refined execution.
• Curiosity and adeptness with AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Currently seeking candidates who are permanently based in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
• Preferred: experience in growth, subscriptions, marketplace, commerce, or high-scale consumer products.
• Preferred: background in integrating brand and product experiences.
• Preferred: skills in prototyping or motion design using Figma, Framer, ProtoPie, code, or similar tools.
• Preferred: experience in AI-driven product development or AI-integrated design and prototyping.
