Senior Product Designer – Heartbeat AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for essential features of the Heartbeat app, spanning from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Integrate AI throughout the entire design workflow.

• Enhance the product experience, transforming it from satisfactory to exceptional.

• Conduct user research, which includes interviews, usability testing, and surveys.

• Collaborate proactively with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

• Distill complex data into straightforward, elegant product decisions.

• Champion user advocacy in a fast-paced, technical environment.

• Define the problem and deliver polished, production-ready app experiences.

• Integrate directly into B2C product teams, influencing the Heartbeat consumer app.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level product design background.

• An AI-native design approach; regularly employing AI tools in the design process and capable of showcasing the work.

• Expertise across the UX process, visual design, UI execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Full ownership of features from inception to completion, from problem identification to product launch.

• Proficiency in mobile app design patterns.

• Ability to recognize opportunities and take initiative without prompting.

• A builder mindset with a focus on product delivery.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• English as the primary working language.

• Fluency in German is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity or proficiency with Figma, Cursor, Claude, Notion, and Linear.

• Skills in AI-First Design, Prototyping, User Research, UX Process, Data Visualization, and Mobile App Design.
