Senior Product Designer – Global Insights, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design cycle, encompassing user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

• Convert user requirements and business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences.

• Create responsive interfaces and interactions tailored for web and mobile platforms.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to expedite prototyping, UI implementation, and design iterations.

• Develop functional prototypes and implement UI components or features utilizing AI-enhanced coding workflows.

• Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and ascertain design feasibility.

• Sustain and advance design systems, reusable components, and interface patterns.

• Conduct user research and usability tests to confirm design choices and uncover improvement opportunities.

• Articulate design rationale, present solutions, and integrate feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Balance user experience, visual appeal, technical limitations, and product priorities when delivering design solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.

• A robust portfolio that highlights digital product design, interaction design, and exceptional user experiences across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Expertise in Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.

• Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS, along with a grasp of frontend development concepts.

• Practical experience using AI-driven tools for coding, rapid prototyping, UI implementation, or frontend development.

• Capability to transform design concepts into functional prototypes or operational interfaces through AI-assisted workflows.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or other frontend technologies.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development platforms and natural-language-to-code workflows.

• Experience converting Figma designs into functional UI components or interactive prototypes.

• Understanding of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions.

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and reusable frontend components.

• Knowledge of responsive design best practices and accessibility standards.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

• Awareness of product analytics, data-driven design, or A/B testing.

• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise-level products.

• Experience in designing dashboards, data visualization interfaces, or AI-powered products.
