Senior Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of user-centric experiences across Autodesk.com and associated digital platforms.

• Develop comprehensive user experiences that align with Autodesk’s Product-Led Growth initiative.

• Minimize friction, facilitate self-service, and enhance activation, conversion, and customer engagement.

• Utilize AI-driven design tools for ideation, content creation, prototyping, and exploration of design concepts.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Content Strategy, Research, Analytics, and Business teams.

• Identify opportunities, address complex customer challenges, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Present design ideas, reasoning, and suggestions to stakeholders effectively.

• Enhance visual experience, quality, interaction design, usability, accessibility, storytelling, and brand representation.

• Convert customer insights, business goals, and behavioral data into engaging digital experiences.

• Remain informed about trends in UX, ecommerce, AI, and digital experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in UX design.

• Proven track record in designing complete user experiences, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design.

• Proficient in contemporary design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.

• Experience in integrating AI-driven design tools into the design workflow.

• Current knowledge of human-centered design best practices.

• Capacity to collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Content Strategy, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with customer research methodologies, analytics, usability testing, and A/B testing.

• Exceptional visual and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to present designs to diverse audiences effectively.

• Proven experience in research methods, including interviews, ethnography, and user testing.

• Successful collaboration with multi-disciplinary global Agile teams.
