Senior Product Designer – AI, Consumer Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design process for conversational experiences, character creation, monetization pathways, and user growth features.

• Create groundbreaking product experiences that encompass live interactions, interactive features, and AI-generated videos.

• Work closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers, and founders to establish product direction and convert business goals into engaging user experiences.

• Proactively manage design projects from the initial idea to final implementation.

• Convert strategic product requirements into high-quality user interfaces, interaction patterns, and visual designs.

• Develop captivating, intuitive, and scalable mobile-first experiences for a broad international consumer audience.

• Produce refined UI designs, interactive prototypes, user flows, and detailed design specifications.

• Participate in the ideation, exploration, prototyping, iteration, and delivery phases throughout the entire product design lifecycle.

• Utilize contemporary design principles to enhance usability, engagement, conversion rates, and the overall product experience.

• Leverage AI-driven tools for design exploration, prototyping, content generation, and creative experimentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to ensure precise implementation of design solutions.

• Investigate emerging interaction models and contribute to the advancement of AI-powered consumer experiences.

• Uphold high standards of visual consistency, interaction quality, and design craftsmanship.

• Adapt to evolving product priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in comprehensive consumer product design.

• Established experience in designing and launching mobile-first digital products at scale.

• Strong strategic product thinking coupled with outstanding visual and interaction design capabilities.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing polished, modern, and high-quality user interfaces from real consumer products.

• Demonstrated excellence in visual craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and design quality through past work.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong prototyping skills utilizing design tools and/or code-based methodologies.

• Practical experience in daily use of AI tools for design, prototyping, creative exploration, or content generation.

• Ability to clearly articulate the AI tools, techniques, and workflows implemented throughout the design process.

• Experience in independently managing product design projects and taking ownership of entire product domains.

• Solid understanding of mobile-first design principles, user experience, interaction design, and consumer product behavior.

• Capability to translate complex product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Excellent asynchronous communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced international setting.

• Openness to initially work on a B2B or contractor basis.

• Experience with subscription-based products, monetization pathways, or conversion optimization is a plus.

• Familiarity with gamification principles and engagement mechanics is advantageous.

• Experience in motion design, 3D design, or illustration is a bonus.

• Knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, is an asset.
