Senior Product Designer – Global Insights, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design lifecycle, encompassing user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

• Convert user requirements and business objectives into user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences.

• Create responsive designs and interactions for both web and mobile platforms.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance the speed of prototyping, UI execution, and design iterations.

• Develop functional prototypes and implement UI components or features by leveraging AI-driven coding workflows.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and confirm design viability.

• Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable components, and interface patterns.

• Perform user research and usability testing to confirm design choices and uncover areas for enhancement.

• Articulate design reasoning, present solutions, and integrate feedback throughout the product development process.

• Balance user experience, visual excellence, technical limitations, and product priorities when providing design solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates digital product design, interaction design, and high-quality user experiences for web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with an understanding of frontend development concepts.

• Practical experience with AI-powered tools for coding, rapid prototyping, UI implementation, or frontend development.

• Ability to transform design concepts into functional prototypes or working interfaces using AI-assisted workflows.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or other frontend technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms and natural-language-to-code workflows.

• Experience in translating Figma designs into functional UI components or interactive prototypes.

• Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions.

• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable frontend components.

• Understanding of responsive design best practices and accessibility guidelines.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

• Familiarity with product analytics, data-driven design, or A/B testing.

• Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise-level products.

• Experience in designing dashboards, data visualization interfaces, or AI-powered products.
