Senior Product Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the UX and UI implementation for ongoing web and app projects, encompassing landing pages, checkout processes, onboarding, account management, and subscription management flows.

• Enhance design capabilities to ensure that priority initiatives maintain momentum.

• Transform identified product and growth opportunities into polished, development-ready experiences.

• Create and swiftly iterate on concepts, user flows, prototypes, and A/B test variations in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and growth partners.

• Leverage existing research, product context, analytics, and design system patterns to make informed decisions and identify gaps or risks at an early stage.

• Produce high-quality work that aligns with Ollie’s design system and customer experience standards.

• Prepare production-ready Figma files, interaction specifications, responsive states, and handoff documentation.

• Participate in planning, critique, and delivery processes, with work prioritized as the roadmap adapts.

• Collaborate during implementation, address engineering inquiries, and assist with design QA as projects progress.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and growth teams.

• Report directly to the Lead Product Designer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with senior-level responsibility for launched digital products.

• Proficient in visual and interaction design, systems thinking, and skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into the design workflow.

• Experience working collaboratively within structured product development processes using tools like Jira.

• Background in DTC, subscription, e-commerce, growth, or conversion-focused product environments.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma Make, or similar platforms.

• Strong judgment in assessing AI output quality and managing confidential information, third-party content, and intellectual property.

• Ability to act quickly, navigate ambiguity, and balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Interest in being considered for a potential full-time Senior Product Designer position following the contract engagement.

• Availability to start on or around October 1, 2026, with a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week for 60–90 days.

• Candidates must be available during Eastern Time working hours.
