Senior Product Designer, Consumer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate consumer experience design initiatives across web and mobile platforms, from initial problem identification to final delivery.

• Convert ambiguous problem areas into clear, well-structured design strategies.

• Collaborate with UX team members and cross-functional partners to create cohesive digital healthcare experiences.

• Leverage early design ideas to help define product specifications.

• Advocate for user-centered design by balancing consumer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Present designs and concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Base decisions on data, user research, and usability testing outcomes.

• Contribute to enhancing and refining the design system.

• Identify obstacles that hinder user experience and suggest viable alternatives.

• Offer specific, honest, and constructive feedback to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product design.

• A portfolio showcasing comprehensive ownership of complex product challenges.

• Experience in designing for both web and mobile environments.

• Strong understanding of platform-specific patterns and accessibility standards.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for generative exploration, prototyping, or other design tasks.

• Preferred experience in digital health, health technology, or similar high-stakes consumer domains.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Must successfully complete identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening.
