This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of a specific problem area across interconnected platforms from concept to execution
• Conduct research, design, write, test, measure, and iterate autonomously
• Drive commercial results, including activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, and adherence
• Develop designs that foster trust in a regulated environment
• Collaborate with teams in Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research
• Shape comprehensive patient experiences in the weight loss, hair loss, and sexual health sectors
• Perform research and usability testing
• Implement and assess A/B tests and experiments
• Contribute to information architecture, UX writing, and the Design System
• Enhance workflows and prototyping using AI tools
• Generally 5 to 8 years of experience in product design
• Proven history of managing problems from start to finish and influencing team direction
• Ability to articulate problems through research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback
• Strong visual design skills encompassing typography, spacing, color, motion, and micro-interactions
• Expertise in inclusive accessibility design
• Systems thinking applied across mobile and emerging AI-native interfaces
• Awareness of product, commercial, metrics, and research dynamics
• Ability to communicate clearly, specifically, and with conviction
• Experience in sharing work early and utilizing feedback for improvement
• Familiarity with LLMs integrated into workflow
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
• Comprehensive skills covering problem definition, research, information architecture, and UX writing
• Competence in conducting research and usability testing
• Capability to set up and assess A/B tests
• A portfolio is required, showcasing commercial impact, design expertise, contributions to the Design System, and AI-enhanced processes; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
• Patient-first mindset with an understanding of clinical safety and care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and clinical teams
