Senior Product Designer, BNPL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the merchant journeys within the Merchant Dashboard, managing the process from initial concept to polished execution across both web and mobile platforms.

• Enhance dashboard pages related to transactions, settlements, and invoices.

• Develop self-service tools tailored for merchants.

• Create intuitive, data-rich interfaces that convey complex financial and operational information.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to design and iterate on merchant experiments and new features, while measuring outcomes.

• Assist in redefining the in-store experience alongside product and engineering teams.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers to address merchant challenges.

• Leverage data, merchant feedback, and research insights to guide decision-making and validate hypotheses.

• Partner with B2B and B2C designers to ensure consistency and contribute to the design system.

• Utilize AI tools for prototyping, ideation, and accelerating the transition of solutions to code.

• Present and advocate for your work to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing digital products, preferably in B2B, fintech, or complex data-intensive tools.

• Strong craftsmanship evidenced through a comprehensive portfolio.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Comfortable designing for web dashboards as well as native mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

• Strong product thinking capabilities and the ability to articulate design choices.

• Competence in managing complex flows, states, and edge cases.

• High proficiency with AI tools applied in real project work for prototyping, exploration, and efficiency.

• Awareness of technical constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Confident communication skills when engaging with designers and C-level executives.

• Experience in applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in English.
