Senior Product Designer, B2C, Gaming/iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create user experiences and interfaces for B2C gaming and iGaming products on web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

• Take ownership of the complete user experience from initial hypothesis to finalized feature and its measured impact.

• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, conduct A/B tests, and leverage results for further iterations.

• Examine user feedback and analytics to pinpoint friction points, drop-offs, and potential growth opportunities.

• Convert insights into user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI using Figma.

• Contribute to and uphold the design system and UI libraries.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams in a dynamic, iterative environment.

• Ensure that designs comply with industry standards and meet iGaming regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust product design portfolio showcasing real B2C projects and their demonstrated impact.

• Experience in gaming, game development, or betting/iGaming.

• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping capabilities.

• Practical experience with AI design tools such as Claude Design and/or Figma Make.

• Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries.

• Hands-on experience in product testing, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.

• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment with short feedback cycles.

• Knowledge of essential product metrics.

• Understanding of gamification mechanics and their effects on engagement and retention.

• Acquainted with data-driven product development methodologies.
