📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive design process for enhancements in the repayments sector across both app and web platforms.

• Strategically define the application of AI for research, prototyping, validation, deployment, and scaling of product experiences.

• Foster AI integration within Product Design and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Recognize opportunities where AI can enhance insights, minimize operational challenges, and elevate design quality.

• Experiment with, implement, and expand new AI-driven workflows.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure responsible use of AI.

• Spot inefficiencies and recommend AI-driven solutions.

• Build trust in innovative workflows with Product Management and Engineering collaborators.

• Identify dependencies across various initiatives and escalate discussions for alignment.

• Design user-friendly and adaptable repayment journeys for mobile and web platforms.

• Create experiences for payment rescheduling, early payoff, and automated reminders.

• Incorporate AI insights and personalized financial guidance into repayment user interfaces.

• Work alongside Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to guarantee transparent and compliant repayment interactions.

• Revamp workflows utilizing approved AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, and validation.

• Develop reproducible AI-assisted frameworks for prototyping and experimentation.

• Enhance design impact measurement through AI for pattern recognition and signal extraction.

• Integrate AI into cross-team collaboration and clarify trade-offs.

• Document intricate user journeys and systems, onboarding others into AI-integrated workflows.

• Engage in roadmapping and planning, considering AI efficiencies in delivery models.

• Analyze post-launch feedback using AI and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide support to fellow designers and writers through skill-sharing and feedback sessions.

• Cultivate team culture and rituals to normalize experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing systems thinking and measurable impact beyond just polished visuals.

• Over 5 years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design at scale.

• Experience working within intricate, multi-product ecosystems that involve cross-functional dependencies.

• Proven ability to align work with long-term product strategies while autonomously managing execution.

• Strong capability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in leading lean experiments and rapidly validating hypotheses.

• Comfortable exploring a wide range of options and clearly articulating trade-offs.

• Proficient in documenting complex systems and effectively onboarding others.

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with concise written communication.

• A reliable and predictable design process that partners can depend on.

• Ability to manage workload effectively and identify risks early on.

• Open-mindedness towards change and actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills.

• Experience integrating AI-powered tools into research, prototyping, documentation, or design operations.
