Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Center, and associated workflows.

• Transform intricate operational requirements into user-friendly, seamless, and accessible experiences.

• Work in partnership with Product and Engineering teams to address customer challenges and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers on product vision, strategy, and development roadmap.

• Establish scalable interaction patterns and user interface solutions for multi-step workflows.

• Utilize and contribute to Weave’s Design System.

• Conduct customer research involving practice owners, office managers, and front-office teams.

• Analyze product analytics, customer feedback, Pendo, and Sigma to comprehend behavior and assess design effectiveness.

• Work alongside platform designers to create shared patterns and a unified customer journey.

• Foster design culture through critique, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship.

• Collaborate with Engineering during implementation to uphold design quality, accessibility, and consistency.

• Report to the Product Design Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or a relevant combination of education and practical experience.

• Strong foundation in UX and visual design principles.

• Capability to simplify complex workflows and develop intuitive, efficient experiences.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Experience in creating prototypes and exploring interaction patterns.

• Familiar with user-centered design methodologies.

• Knowledge of Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or similar product analytics and research tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Skill in translating customer needs, product requirements, and business objectives into clear, thoughtful, and scalable design solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and design craftsmanship.

• Commitment to providing accessible, consistent, and high-quality product experiences.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Product design experience with product-led companies, including B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or vertical SaaS.
