Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product design process by identifying opportunities, creating solutions, collaborating with engineering teams, and iterating on shipments.

• Design for both mobile and web platforms, beginning with a mobile-first approach and scaling to larger displays.

• Utilize AI tools throughout the design workflow.

• Create consumer-grade experiences tailored for SMB software.

• Simplify intricate workflows into clear and elegant user journeys.

• Collaborate closely with PM, engineering, and growth teams to ensure swift delivery.

• Maintain close contact with customers and engage in regular conversations.

• Develop and refine the design system across various platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated strong experience in mobile app design (B2C preferred; B2B is a plus).

• Proficient in designing for both mobile and web environments.

• Proven track record of shipping products that achieve real user engagement.

• Capable of managing the entire design cycle independently.

• Skilled at transforming complex workflows into user-friendly processes.

• Able to deliver quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Experience in incorporating AI tools into the design process.

• Product-oriented mindset with an understanding of business implications.

• Demonstrates initiative and makes decisive choices.

• Utilizes data and user feedback to guide design decisions.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience in a startup environment.

• Comfortable engaging with users directly.

• Submission of LinkedIn profile and portfolio is required for application.
